The game selection at King Billy, during my stay it was a royal one (see what I did there?) I’ve spent many, many hours testing each game, feature and mechanic (I’m a giver, reader). Slots, table games, live games from NetEnt, Microgaming, Play’n GO and pretty much everyone else you’d expect to find.
What they don’t have is exclusive games or something special. It’s like going to a restaurant where they have all the standard dishes but nothing that would make you go ‘wow’.
Slots are the main attraction – from classic fruit machines to shiny video slots with more promos than my phone. Table games offer blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker but nothing exciting that would make you gamble more than you normally would. There is a live casino powered by Evolution Gaming but the variety is nowhere near as big as at Jackpot City where you can play until the next royal wedding.
Bonuses and promotions
King Billy’s welcome bonus has never made me happier than stumbling upon a few bucks in my old jacket pocket. Then I read the T&Cs and my happiness popped like a punctured bouncy castle.

Customer support
As a part of my testing process at King Billy I had to contact their customer support (I know, I’m annoying) and see how they’ll handle a pest like me.
Their live chat is actually very responsive… when it’s available. The problem is they don’t offer 24/7 support which in 2023 is like a restaurant open only for a few hours a day. Wait, that’s how restaurants are meant to work… Bad example. It’s like a casino you can only gamble at during certain hours – what the fuck?
Email replies take longer than my last relationship, especially if you’re asking about withdrawals (coincidence). Compare it to casinos like BC.Game where someone is available 24/7 to assist you and King Billy looks like a monarchy without a king.
Deposit and withdrawal methods
King Billy supports both traditional payment methods as well as cryptocurrencies – I was happy at first.
There is a catch. Deposits are pretty fast, they’re in your account before you realize you just deposited the money that will have you divorced in a few months.
Withdrawals on the other hand are in Days. Weeks. Months. A new record for me was 8 days with bank transfer and credit card. I literally watched a whole season of a TV show while waiting for the money to arrive. Even crypto withdrawals are delayed due to the casino’s verification process that’s apparently designed by someone who distrusts every single person on the face of the earth.
Withdrawals If you’ve played at Wildz or BC.Game you probably know how fast you can get your money out, King Billy, well it’s like they’re still in the dark ages.
Summary
King Billy Casino is not a bad casino, it’s just… average. And when you’re average in an industry where being good is not enough anymore you’re done. If you’re looking for easy withdrawals, simple bonuses that are easy to understand and support that supports, there are other places where you’ll find a better king with a golden chair.
